FREE WHEEL ALIGNMENT
Purchase four (4) eligible tyres from The Tyre Clinic and receive a FREE base wheel alignment.
This offer is available on selected brands, models and tyre sizes when purchased online at the price listed on our website. Eligible tyres offering a Free Wheel Alignment will be clearly shown in the search results with the matching icon.
The free wheel alignment is a base alignment only and includes front toe adjustment. If the alignment check identifies that additional adjustments or work would be beneficial, including rear or more extensive alignment adjustments, these will be discussed with you first. Any additional work will only be carried out if you choose to have it done and will incur an additional charge.

ROAD HAZARD COVER – $19 PER TYRE
Protect your tyres against unexpected road hazards for just $19 per tyre, available on selected brands and tyre sizes with the matching icon.
If a covered tyre is damaged by a road hazard and cannot be safely repaired, the following cover applies:
Within the first 6 months:
A replacement tyre will be supplied at no charge.
After the first 6 months:
A pro-rata credit will be calculated based on the remaining usable tread of the damaged tyre. The credit is calculated using the tyre’s original purchase price, excluding fitting, balancing, labour and Tyrewise fees, and is applied towards the cost of the replacement tyre.
The calculated amount is provided as a credit towards the replacement tyre only and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Activating Your Road Hazard Cover
Road Hazard Cover must be registered at the time of purchase by The Tyre Clinic or one of our authorised agents.
Once registered, you will receive an SMS confirming your cover. If you have not received the SMS within approximately 5 minutes, please let us know so we can check that your cover has been correctly registered.
Road Hazard Cover is available on selected tyre brands and sizes only.
The Tyre Clinic reserves the right to decline or withdraw Road Hazard Cover where we reasonably believe the offer is being misused or abused.

GUARANTEED MILEAGE – 40,000 KM
Selected tyres purchased online from The Tyre Clinic are covered by a minimum 40,000 km Mileage Guarantee, giving you additional confidence in the life of your tyres.
The Mileage Guarantee is available on selected brands, models and tyre sizes with the matching icon (purchased online only) and is subject to the conditions below.
Activating Your Mileage Guarantee
Once your tyres have been fitted, please confirm with us that you would like the Mileage Guarantee activated. This allows us to register the warranty using your vehicle’s current details and kilometre reading.
The warranty must be registered by The Tyre Clinic or one of our authorised agents.
Once registered, you will receive an SMS confirming your Mileage Guarantee. If you have not received this SMS within a few minutes, please let us know so we can check that your warranty has been correctly registered.
Requirements to Keep Your Warranty Valid
To maintain your Mileage Guarantee, the following servicing requirements must be completed:
- A wheel alignment is compulsory at the time the tyres are purchased and fitted.
- Your tyres must be rotated every 10,000 km (±1,000 km) by The Tyre Clinic or one of our authorised agents.
- There is no charge for the required tyre rotations. Wheel balancing is optional and, if requested, will be charged at the applicable store rate.
- A further wheel alignment is compulsory at 20,000 km (±1,000 km).
- You must retain proof that the required servicing has been completed. Providing this information when making a warranty claim is the customer’s responsibility.
If Your Tyres Don't Reach 40,000 KM
If an eligible tyre reaches the end of its usable tread before completing the guaranteed 40,000 km, and all warranty conditions have been met, the shortfall in kilometres will be converted into a pro-rata credit based on the tyre’s original purchase price.
This amount is provided as a credit towards a replacement tyre only and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The Mileage Guarantee and any resulting credit apply to the tyre purchase price only. Fitting, balancing, wheel alignments, other labour charges and Tyrewise fees are excluded from the calculation and are payable separately.
The Mileage Guarantee expires 3 years from the original date of purchase, regardless of kilometres travelled.
The Tyre Clinic reserves the right not to offer a Mileage Guarantee where, based on the vehicle, tyre application, usage or other relevant circumstances, we reasonably believe the guaranteed mileage is unlikely to be achievable.

Pricing, Availability and Cancellation
All orders are subject to product availability and verification of pricing and product information. While we take reasonable care to ensure that the information on our website is accurate, errors may occasionally occur.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order before the goods are supplied or fitted where:
- a price, product description, discount or other information has been displayed incorrectly because of a computer, website, data-entry or system error;
- the product is unavailable, discontinued or cannot be obtained from our supplier;
- we are unable to fulfil the order because of circumstances reasonably outside our control; or
- we reasonably suspect that the order is fraudulent or has been placed in error.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will notify you and provide a full refund of the amount paid for the cancelled goods or services. We will not substitute another product without your agreement.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights or remedies available to you under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986 or any other applicable New Zealand law.
